1、负责直营店铺年度及月度销售指标，并督促和跟进指标的达成；
2、负责直营店铺的销售分析及货品分析，提交合理化的促销和配货建议；
3、负责直营店铺的现场指导、培训及日常人员管理；
4、对市场竞品信息的收集及反馈；
5、商场关系的维护工作。
任职资格：
1、2年以上女装同等职位工作经验，有直营门店督导工作经验者优先考虑；
2、有良好的沟通、协调、运营、陈列、培训能力；
3、熟悉服装市场状况、店铺管理、零售数据分析、零售行业销售模式及流程；
4、吃苦耐劳、沟通能力出色，组织协调能力佳，有团队管理经验。；
