Our client is one of the biggest electronic components manufactures in the world.
Reporting Lines汇报关系:
Report to: HR Director
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Management:
? Establish and facilitate employee performance management process and follow up employee performance improvement.
? Follow up the monthly performance review and monitor the issue of monthly bonus.
2. Attendance Management:
? Establish the attendance and leave policy, to make sure the balance of working & lift for employees. And strictly follow the Labour Law and CSR regulations.
? Be responsible for training and explaining the attendance policy, and supervise the implementation of this policy.
? Provide the monthly attendance record and overtime record, to support for the timely payroll.
3. Employment contract ending and termination:
? Regulate the procedure of employment contract ending and termination, to avoid the employment disputes.
? To find the real reason for the fluctuation, and propose the actions for employee retention.
4. Reporting:
? Reporting the headcount to each BU and related department.
? Maintain the data about headcount budget and forecast.
5. HRM system:
? HRM Key User.
? Assure correction of the master data.
? Provide necessary support for end users.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above.
2. At least 8 years working experience in HR, min 2 years for attendance.
3. Skillful computer operating, Microsoft word, excel, PPT, etc.
4. Good English communication skills both in spoken and written.
5. Strong leadership and management skill.
6. Knowledgeable about local regulations and personnel practice.
7. Positive mindset, Independent, Principled, Reliable.
