Our client is one of the biggest electronic components manufactures in the world. The main products of its Zhuhai factory are film capacitors, power factor correction capacitors, leaded resistors, energy resistors, strap and block resistors, ICL sensors and NTC sensors.

Reporting Lines汇报关系:
Report to: Head of R&D (Foreigner)
Subordinate: None
Key Responsibilities主要职责:
1. 薄膜电容新产品研发及产品转移；
2. 对市场部及其他部门提供技术支持；
3. 产品的技术分析；
4. 针对新的应用提供产品改进或新的设计。
Job Requirements职位要求:
1. 本科或以上学历，主修电子工程专业及相关专业；
2. 2年或以上在电子元器件制造公司工艺或研发部工作的经验；拥有电容，尤其薄膜电容相关经验者优先；
3. 具有良好的英语听说读写的能力，能与客户（外国人）交流；
4. 拥有六西格玛经验者优先；
5. 具有良好的分析/逻辑判断能力；
6. 对过程能力指数CP，CPK，相关性分析和SPC控制等概念熟悉者优先；
7. 有主导项目经历着优先；
8. 良好的人际沟通能力，非常好的团队合作能力；
9. 能在一定的压力和挑战的环境下工作，工作积极主动。
