Summary of Client 公司简介:
Our client is one of the biggest electronic components manufactures in the world. The main products are film capacitors, power factor correction capacitors, leaded resistors, energy resistors, strap and block resistors, ICL sensors and NTC sensors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the production to fulfill the targets of output, scrap rate, on time delivery.
2. Optimize the operation activities to reduce overall production & material cost.
3. Continuous improvement to the operation efficiency and productivity.
4. Elaborate, manage and control annual budget with monthly reviews for prior results and the forecast for the future.
5. Follow up on approved projects, using teamwork an holding regular reviews to check on strategy and work on solving problems.
6. Manage expenses to meet the financial goals of the organization.
7. Assure the quality policies are being adhered to through active participation as a Quality System Team member.
Job Requirements:
1. Engineering bachelor or above.
2. At least 5 years experience of production management in manufacturing.
3. At 2 years management experience, team managed more than 20 persons.
4. Familiar with the LEAN production.
5. Familiar with TS 16949, ISO 14000 knowledge.
6. Excellent managerial, supervisory and team building skills to direct and lead staff.
7. Excellent presentation skills, good verbal and written communication capability in English.
