Position Purpose /Summary (职位综述)
Brief summary of position’s purpose or role – the primary objective of the role:
生产团队的关键岗位,负责协调HSE/维修与生产部门的工作,涵盖HSE、生产效率、HOS执行、督促指导及其他与生产有关的工作
This is a key position in production team, which is responsible for coordination between maintenance/HSE and production, as well as management assistance in the team. The scope covers HSE, productivity, HOS implementation, coaching and other production related.

Key Areas of Responsibility (主要职责)
Describe the key tasks / activities that are necessary to fulfil the purpose of the role – remember these actions should not be key “goals” – these should be reviewed and allocated annually as part of the performance development program

督促和带领生产团队以达成部门的年度各项目标,包括HSE、生产、质量,以及库存和成本控制;
Leading and surprising production teams to achieve AOP, including HSE, production, quality and inventory/cost control.
贯彻和实施公司的各项管理体系,确保和督导生产团队遵循和完成各项任务;
Complying with and implementing HON management systems, to ensure all assignment accomplished and meet requirements.
负责生产运行的日常事务,包括下达生产指令、协助工艺调整、收集/整理生产数据,并及时解决或上报问题;
Responsible for routine production activities, including issue/release PO, coordinate process adjustment, collect and manage information/data, and solve or escalate problems promptly.
作为生产代表负责与其他部门的日常沟通,确保生产计划的有效实施;同时,优化工作安排以提高生产效率和设备开工/利用率,并降低成本;
Responsible for routine communication and coordination across functions, to secure the production under control/plan. Meanwhile, to optimize process and arrangement to improve OEE and reduce cost.
组织创建、评估、更新操作规程(SOS),培训员工并监督执行;
Responsible for creating, reviewing and updating production procedures; delivering training and surprising the compliance.
参与团队管理,包括员工培训及定期考核评估。鼓励和推进员工个人发展,制订和实施各项相关措施;
Participate in team management, including training operators, periodic assessment, etc. Encouraging personal development and creating opportunities for individuals.
协助生产经理,督促部门员工执行公司的HOS 体系
Support line manager to implement and comply with HOS management
与计划、维修和物流密切合作,以优化资源和控制成本/库存;
Work close with production planning, maintenance and logistics to optimize resources and control cost/inventory.
执行ISO 9001质量保证体系的要求,协助生产经理建立和管理部门档案;
Implement ISO 9001 quality management in production, manage the production documentation.
作为生产部门的HSE协调员,协调生产与HSE,并完成指派的工作;
Acting the contactor to coordinate production and HSE, tracking and close all actions required.
负责整理、评估员工的合理化建议并协调实施
Responsible for collecting and reviewing CIs in production.
负责做好部门交办的其他事项
Performs other assignments as needed.

Qualifications/ Experience/ Knowledge (资格要求)

Education / Qualifications
专科以上学历,化工相关专业优先
College degree and above of relative disciplines, chemical Engineering is preferred

Experience
5年以上化工生产操作经验,2年以上化工生产管理经验。
5+ years production experience, plus 2+ years experience as a leader.
Professional Skills / Knowledge
Good communication & team work.
Basic English skill in both oral and written.
Proven analysis and judgment.
Skilful in using PC for work.
Shift leader or supervisor experience is preferred.
