目标:	- 履行其岗位职责。
职责描述:	- 执行生产组长下达的各项生产工作任务。 - 带领班组操作工执行相关的作业指导书。 - 根据生产计划，编制领料单、耗用单、入库单。 - 负责填写交接班记录，检查各岗位记录完成情况。 - 带领并督促班组员工严格执行安全生产操作规程，确保安全生产无事故。 - 严格执行公司安全防火管理制度，确保安全。

岗位要求： 中专以上的学历，熟悉生产过程和工艺规程，从事相关工作三年。
