职位描述：
汇报给团队主管，解决其分配的各种工作。
开发新的产品，维护、改善瑞有的产品及工艺。
寻找和选 择合适的原材料以适就产品性能的要求，负责原材料的本地化。
提供专业的技术支持，处理产品的质量问题。
协助处理客户投诉，给客户推荐合适的产品我工艺。
协助培训技术员及实验员。
工作中有责任确保安全的工作程序
跟各部门保持良好的沟通

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Work under the group leader, resolves assigned complex problems.
Develops new products, maintains/improves existing products/processes.
Search and select new materials to meet the requirement of the coatings, and locally sourced raw materials.
Professionally applies technical expertise, problem solving and decision making skills.
Shows initiative in resolving issues and problems with solutions for internal/external customers. Recommends changes in technical approaches to achieve product/process goals.
May train and develop technicians and lower level professionals.
Takes responsibility for ensuring safe operating procedures.
Full working contacts with other functions (mfg., mktg., suppliers, customers.) 举报 分享
