-Able to handle ocean export and ocean import shipment
-Provide quotation to both local customers and overseas office
-Complete weekly or monthly report requested by management
-Take the ownership of operation KPI
-Create local work instructions for both CS and operations to follow based on SOP
-Develop relationship with local carrier and handling agent
-Support local sales for ocean solution and pricing
Requirment:
- +5 year ocean customer service & operation experience in global forwarding industry
-Mandarin and English language proficiency
-Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties
