零件索赔及仓库管理专员
The Parts Claim & Warehouse Senior Specialist is the key person to ensure efficiency and accuracy of parts claim handling, analysis root cause for parts delivery irregularities especially quality issue, review warehouse operation through on-site monitor, and workout improvement plan and coordinate with related departments to reduce parts delivery quality failure, improve warehouse operation so as to achieve highest dealer satisfaction.零件索赔及仓库管理高级专员的主要工作职责为,确保零件索赔的效率及准确率,分析零件违规交付(尤其是有质量问题)的根本原因,通过现场监测评估仓库运作情况并提出优化计划,配合相关部门减少零件交付质量故障,对仓库运作进行优化,从而达到最高的经销商满意度。
Dealer Claim Management
经销商索赔管理
l、Develop aftermarket parts claim SOP to continually improve the parts claim process across dealership and within supply chain team, to ensure every parts claim scenario could be controlled through the SOP;
制定售后零部件索赔SOP,不断优化零部件索赔流程,确保每一个零件索赔都可以通过SOP进行控制;
2、 Co-work with related departments to set up and maintain KPI metrics to service vendor for dealer claim handling which include but not limit to KPI validation, claim rate control and follow up improvement plan;
与相关部门共同配合,建立和维护KPI指标,包括但不限于KPI验证,索赔率控制及跟进改善方案;
3、Periodically review with service vendor to ensure timely and accurate claim handling, claim case analysis and follow up action plan;
定期与服务供应商进行审查,以确保及时,准确地处理索赔,索赔案例分析和跟进行动计划;
4、 Directly handle high value dealer claim, co-work with service vendor to solve the critical or escalation dealer claim cases and find out the root cause to work out preventive action, which include but not limit to verify claim document and physical claim parts in RDC, on-site warehouse stock check, stock block, process payment of claim, get charges allocation, coordinate with upper supplier for problem solving etc.;
直接处理高价值的经销商索赔,与服务供应商共同工作,解决关键经销商索赔案件,找出根本原因并制定出预防行动,包括但不限于验证RDC索赔文件和物理索赔件,现场仓库库存检查,处理支付索赔,索赔费用分配,协调与上层供应商解决问题等;
5、Claim against the upper supply party for those claimed and blocked stock caused by non-qualified supplying, to ensure the company loss can be compensated from the responsible party;
对于索赔及冻结库存造成的不合格供应,保证公司的损失可以向责任方进行补偿索赔;
6、Review packaging improvement method with service provider and central UK supply team for frequent damage parts to ensure damage rate at lower level;
对于频繁损坏的零部件,与服务提供商和中央英国供应团队一起审查包装的优化方法,确保在较低的破损率
7、Dealer coaching for parts hand-over, claim handling and related business updated if necessary, perform dealer survey for improvement action;
零件交接,索赔处理和相关业务如果需要更新,为经销商进行优化行动调查;
8、Coordinate between dealership and accounting team to make sure credit memo work goes smooth.
协调经销商和会计团队,确保贷项通知单工作顺利进行。
Warehouse & Scrapping Management
仓储管理及报废处理
1、Monthly on-site review for RDCs operation which includes but not limit to inventory check, security protection and space utilization etc, to ensure RDCs be managed within IMSS management metrics;
每月现场审查RDC运作,包括但不限于库存检查,安全防护和空间利用率等内容,保证RDC可通过IMSS管理指标进行管理;
2、Periodically travel to RDCs to physically check claim/block parts status, expedite block stock clearance to ensure parts storage in a healthy level;
定期前往RDC检查索赔/块部件的状态,加快库存冻结处理,保证零部件存储处于健康稳定的水平;
3、Ensure smooth running of the physical parts scrapping, which include but not limit to co-work with related department to monitor scrapping application & approval progress, witness complete parts mutilation on-site in RDCs, ensure scrapping efficiency, monitor parts material hand-over to scrap merchant and ensure all related documents are properly signed.
确保物理零件报废正常进行,包括但不限于与相关部门共同合作,监测报废申请和审批进度,见证完整的零件报废进程,确保报废效率,显示器件材料移到废品商,并确保所有相关文件都正确签名;
4、Other warehouse improvement tasks or projects assigned by line manager
其他仓储管理优化任务,完成直接领导交办的其他事宜。
岗位要求:
1、Educational background- college degree, major in supply chain management or logistics is preferred;over one- year experience related to quality management.
教育背景 – 本科学历,供应链管理或物流专业优先;具备一年以上质量管理有关经验
2、Work experience- more than 3 years engaged in multi-national auto company especially for after-sale field, familiar with parts service and parts claim work experience will be plus;
工作经验 - 3年以上从事跨国汽车公司经验,有售后领域工作经验,熟悉零件服务和零部件索赔工作经验者;
3、Skills and abilities- Proficiency in MS-Office (Word/ Excel/ PPT) and SAP, fluent in Mandarin and English language;
技能和MS-办公软件(Word/ Excel/ PPT)和SAP,流利的普通话和熟练的英语;
4、Personalities- Carefulness/ initiative/ willing to communicate with multi-sections/ team spirit.
个人能力-细心/主动/愿意进行跨部门合作及沟通/团队合作精神。
5、售后配件相关业务工作经验,确保对汽车售后配件业务有基本理解;工作地点常熟,适应不定期上海出差;
