职责描述:	- 按客户需求和成本目标开发新产品 - 开发国产原材料 - 获取产品认可 - 建立原材料、成品的测试方法和规范 - 产品的工艺设计和生产跟踪 - 为客户提供技术支持 - 完成上级分配的在能力范围内的其它工作 - 认真履行本岗位的安全职责 - 严格执行公司的安全防火管理制度，确保安全

岗位要求： 大学以上的学历，化工类专业，英语良好。
