JOB DESCRIPTION
Title: Human Resources Officer
Department: Human Resource (110)
Location: Shanghai, China
Report to: C&B Manager
Supervise: none
Overall Purpose of Job:
- Performs professionally on the corporate level in the area of C&B, HRIS and performance planning
- Be responsible for respective responsible HR task implementation in all China cities.
- Carry out HR project assigned by the manager.
Main Tasks (HR functions)
- Work together with C&B Manager on new projects in the related
HR fields.
- Other HR related activities when assigned by the manager.
C&B
- Be responsible for China compensation and benefit policies and procedures development and administration.
- In charge of annual compensation and benefit practice survey, including data contribution, report analysis and internal benchmark.
- Provide support and advisory service to leaders in China, ensure related guideline is complied by leaders in daily operation.
- Assist BU HR partners on compensation benefit policy review.
- Ensure compensation and benefits practice is in line with government latest policy.
- To process the daily employee compensation and benefits package under company policy.
HR Information System
- Close monitor and update of HRIS according to global guidance.
- Provide update and training to HR team members on the HRIS functions and advice for the implementation.
- Administer employee database, and prepare HR reports according to managers' request.
- Coordinate on boarding/separation accordingly.
Performance Appraisal
- Responsible for annual practice of Performance Talk and result analysis. Including preparation, training, follow-up, consolidation, etc.
- Collect and contribute ideas to performance planning.
- Other HR related activities when assigned by the manager.
JOB PROFILE
Education and Training
- Bachelor degree holder in HR management or related field.
- Good command in oral and written English.
- Other languages or dialects will be an advantage
Experiences
- 5 years working experience in related functions with at least 2-3 years full-time experience on C&B function
- Experience to work closely with each BU HR and coordinate HR tasks from corporate level.
- Good command of word procession.
Personality

Other requirements
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
