职位描述：
岗位职责：

1.负责核对、整理员工服务专员提交的员工社保申报资料，完成与派遣的资料转接；
2.协助办理客户员工各项福利、人事证件，及时跟进并反馈结果；
3.及时更新当地政策大表内容、发放公告邮件；
4.负责对派遣回单进行初级审计，递交审计小组后协助二次审计，对问题单进行及时处理，配合审计组完成在职人员抽查；
5.负责每月与派遣机构的监督管理（进项发票、社保局盖章回单等），及时反馈办理结果，掌握派遣动向并及时上报；
6.负责相关问题的咨询解答，突发状况的处理和协调及完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历，一年以上相关工作经验；
2.熟悉社保的操作及办理流程者优先考虑 ；
3.能承受较大的工作压力；
