职位描述：
岗位职责:

? Allocate stock to store to the required quantity defined by the line detail and distribution reviews
? Maximise profit by extending / decreasing ranging, reviewing IAQ and size allocation opportunities etc
? Uses the Daily Line Print to identify best/worst performing options that require additional attention.
? Uses the replenishment tools within CBR to ensure most profitable placement of stock.
? Action weekly store to store transfers to ensure low density stores do not become overstocked
? Knowledge of best & worst stores used to manually replenish key performing lines.
? Highlight best & worse, understands reasons and solutions
? Store visits with particular focus on initial allocation levels and product mix / grades
? Attending weekly distribution review to discuss appropriate action (initial increase, grade change etc) and best sellers meetings taking actions on new / current product
? Monitor flow of stock from DC998 arrival in the DC until no remaining DC free stock (End of Line management)
? Altering ranging of a product and initial allocation levels based on performance
? Build new store stock to targets, reviewing all unopened store allocations on a weekly basis to ensure stock best possible stock package
? Distribute to daily allocation targets reporting +/- to daily target
? Focus on best performing and high importance stores to ensure stock package is correct
? Clearing Markdown from the DC in line with company strategy

任职资格:

Knowledge and Experience
? Previous experience working in Retail / Administration

Minimum level of education or qualifications
? Finance / Merchandising / Fashion Business qualification

Measures / Key Performance Indicators
? Accuracy to distribution targets
? Balanced level of markdown between store grade groups (ensured by accurate allocation and store to store transfer)
? Correct store stock levels maintained on a product type against full price cover / UPL parameters (+/- 25% to average tolerance)

Technical Skills
? Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
? Numerate
