Personal Requirements:
Education and/or Experience
? College/University education, graduated in computer science or EDP related majors.
? Three years of sound experience on end user support, computer networking.
? MCSE, CNP, equivalent certificates or proven technical qualification.
? Multinational company working background preferred.
? Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
? General computer skills, MS Windows and MS Office skills are must.
? WAN, LAN, TCP/IP and other surrounding network knowledge with related experience.
? Good at reading/writing in English, be able to communicate via spoken English.
? With clear mind on customer service orientation and excellent customer support skills.
? Be outstanding to comprehend user needs and capable to explain or educate the IT knowhow.
? Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure, will actively seek solutions to problems.
? Ability to organise own workload, comfort with multi-tasking.
The Main Responsibilities:
? Supervise and assist on end user support, coordinate with helpdesk to ensure the user reported cases are handled in proper procedures and to be within predefined time frames.
? Assist and support helpdesk at all Scania offices on special cases that may need more local attention or better understanding at Scania systems to resolve.
? Manage the activities of bi-directional tech-support information updating, as well training and lifting the competence of outsourced Local Support Personal on all sites from external vendor.
? Monitoring and manage the WAN connections at each site, coordinate with Scania IT for incident handling and trouble shooting. Implement ordered changes or carry out new site setup projects.
? Manage and handle all hardware on IT premises, including client computers, peripherals, network equipment, etc., track the changes of users at all sites,
? To track and routine update local IT maintained information including checklists, user registration, summarization sheet for different systems, etc.
? Continues learning and exploring new technology to keep personal IT knowledge up to date.
? Mind newest security threats in Chinese domestic environment to trigger alert for planning necessary activities to keep our users from troubles of attack.
