职位描述：
Job Description:
1.Support Proposal team for new Pre-FEED/FEED/EPCM/EPC projects bidding processes.
2.Lead all projects (EPCM, ESA and EPC) executed for various clients.
3.Preparation of Direct Cost Estimate, Budget, Manning /Project Schedule, Deliverable List, Site Survey and execution of Feasibility, Pre-FEED,FEED and EPCM Projects.
4.Overall operation of the Piping Specialists group and the high quality and timely completion of their work within the established work hour budgets for the assigned project.
5.Ensuring engineering and design quality, technical accuracy of drawings, material quantities, specifications, procedures, etc. produced within the piping disciplines.
6.Execution of assigned work in accordance with applicable contract procedures, standards.
7.Adherence to Engineering Procedure / Work Instruction for Design safety, and to ensure the adoption of safe attitudes towards engineering design, and that features affecting the safety and integrity of the project are reviewed by appropriately authorized engineers from other groups/departments.
8.Ensuring adequate flow of information within Piping and other disciplines to ensure uniformity in design and drafting activities.
9.Ensure adequate manpower resources and their technical competence are available for his assigned area. Advise the Discipline Head of manpower requirements to meet work schedules within the budget allocation.
10.Reviewing with the other Area Piping Engineer and other Discipline Leaders for all the needs and technical aspect.
11.Reviewing with the Project Engineering Manager /Area Project Engineers all the needs and technical aspects.
12.Review Vendors’ quotations, prepare technical quotation evaluation and recommend the final technically acceptable Vendor.
13.Review Vendors’ Documents, Hold co-ordination meetings and engineering review meetings with Vendors of major equipment as required.
14.Attended Factory Acceptance Test for all Instrumentation and control system related products.
15.Preparing, Reviewing, Issuing and follow up of all Piping Deliverables up to the issue for construction.
16.Reviewing, issuing and follow-up the comments, within his term of reference, on all drawings/documents related to other discipline which may be affected by piping activities.
17.Review requests for changes and if outside the scope of work, submit to Project Engineering Manager an estimate of man-hours, costs, and any effect to programmer.
18.Ensure that the 3D model represents satisfactory design practice and participate FW internal and Client Model reviews.
19.Drive of the developing and training of subordinate personnel.

Job Knowledge:
1.Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 15 years
Experience in Refinery / Petrochemical / Chemical /Power/Pharmaceutical Plant Projects.

2.Knowledge of Plot Plan / Equipment Layout development, Piping Layout, Piping
Materials, piping Stress Analysis and 3D Computer Aided Design like PDS/PDMS etc. 举报 分享
