职位描述：
Reports to: GM/ Korean BD head
Location: Korea

Job Description:
? Develop new business relationships in Korean market and business expansion with existing clients.
? Prepare the annual business development plan through carrying out research market analysis and internal business needs.
? Present Wuxi/ Chemistry and CMC to potential clients through TC & face to face meetings and conference
? Coordinate and follow up national laboratories projects / programs
? Coordinate with clients to organize the projects
? Prepare the projects/ progress summary and communicate with clients and Wuxi team
? Participate in the project review meetings, monitor the project progress, identify the issues of the projects and make constructive suggestions
? Serves as a facilitator for newly developed projects

Requirements:
? PhD /Master in Pharmaceutical / Chemistry preferred
? Knowledge in business development & new business planning
? 5-10 years with relevant experience in CRO/ Pharma industry with degree
? Strong background in synthetic chemistry , process chemistry preferred
? A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
? Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills in Korean and English
? Excellent interpersonal, leadership & organizational skills
? Chinese and/or Japanese speaking preferred
