职位描述：
- Perform activities relating to identification, assessment and qualification of suppliers开展所有跟识别、评估和审核供应商资格的工作
- Conduct supply base research and data collection, including but not limited to pre-qualification research into potential suppliers’ capabilities, market situation and financial status执行供应商审核和数据收集，包括但不限于对潜在供应商的能力、市场行情以及财务状况的资格预审
- Interact with Supply, Quality and other global and local business partners to identify and qualify suppliers与采购、质量以及全球采购品类团队共同审核供应商
- Strive to achieve, global and market area objectives努力达到全球和中国的绩效目标
- Provide sourcing service according to global and local project requirements as well as for cost saving initiatives.根据总部以及本地项目要求以及节约成本的目的提供寻购服务
- Follow up and execute the activities related to suppliers, such as selection, quotation, audit, data collection and storage etc跟踪和执行与供应商相关的一些工作，比如供应商筛选、报价、审核等
- Preparation of reports related with the sourcing activities准备与寻购工作相关的一些报告
- Support schedule management and cost control in sourcing支持进度管理以及寻购成本控制
- Preparation of full inquiry document packages, evaluation orders and selection of suppliers准备询价文件包，评估订单，选择供应商
- Assist to collect feedback, and archive it after each project每个项目结束后协助收集反馈并存档

任职要求：
- Bachelor degree majored in mechanical or related 本科学历，机械相关专业
- At least three years‘ working experiences in sourcing area in MNC 至少3年以上跨国企业的寻购经验
- Solid understanding and ability to read technical specifications and drawings 具备深刻理解和阅读技术规范和图纸的能力
- Good knowledge and understanding of legal, financial and commercial terms 具备良好的法律、财务和商务条款的知识
- Experience in suppliers sourcing and knowledge about suppliers(steel structure ,plate work, casting ,forging, etc.) and material market at certain area有丰富的寻购经验，熟悉相关领域的供应商以及材料市场（钢结构、钣金件、铸件、锻件等）
- Can-do attitude, self-motivated, and team playing 乐观进取且吃苦肯干，自我激励且积极主动，有良好的团队合作关系
- Good interpersonal and communication skills良好的人际关系和沟通技能
- Good command in English (written and spoken) 流畅的英语能力（听说读写） 举报 分享
