Objectives of the Position:
· coordinate, control, and execute activities related to importation and feedback to
procurement on issues related to import
Main Tasks:
* manage overall import processes to ensure importation is within the defined service lead
time
* identify and recommend opportunities for import process improvement.
* coordinate the supervision of third party service providers to ensure compliance to import and export regulations.
* verify importation service fee with service provider
* after receiving the confirmed purchase order from procurement and shipping advice, tracing and monitor the purchase order, coordinate and report the actual goods arrival timing.
* complete the supply chain related tasks assigned by the supervisor

Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position:
· Education: Bachelor
· Working Experience: 2
· Technical & Professional Knowledge: Customs Clearance Knowledge
