Job Responsibility:

KnowJob Responsibility: ledge and development of the automotive industry; find out the organization chart of target client and keep good relationship with different levels.

Follow up the project and hold regular meeting with key person to identify the problem, requirements and needs (explicit or implicit) of clients. Meantime the candidate should have the capability to work out the creative concept and solution to the clients.

Proactively explore and develop new and potential clients for the company. Conduct feasibility studies and market research on potential business. Strive to get each bidding invitation and RFQ in your domain.

Develop an aggressive sales action plan to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for new business targets.
Lead contract bidding and conduct company presentation to potential clients.

Conduct service cost analysis and negotiate the contract pricing until the conclusion of the contract with client.

Cooperate with the Operation Director and Operation Department for the handover of a new contract and follow up closely with the clients.


Requirements:
Bachelor with a minimum of 5 years sales experience in a professional environment, engineering profile is preferred.
Good command of English (both written and oral), Germany is a plus.
Excellent negotiator with solid presentation and communication skills.
A self starter and able to work against ambitious targets
