Scope
In charge of legal and compliance functions to contain business and risk exposure. Offer consultant suggestions to promote business growth in full compliance of legal, regulatory, trademark, and ethical considerations. Maintain the Amsino website to assure competitive company image and market positioning.

Responsibilities:
l Represent the company in specialized legal proceeding before arbitration body, court, government agencies or other authorities to protect the best interests of the company.
l Collaborate with external legal counsel on cases, litigation, arbitration, or settlements as required.
l Draft and review legal documents, contracts, or agreements pertaining to legal applications and compliance.
l Visa application for both in-bound and out-bound business travels.
l Handling all processes for establishing, merging, modifying, or liquidating entity companies.
l Custodian of legal files to support business units, legal entities, and BOD functions.
l Provide training and legal advice to company executives to comply with the US Department of Justice’s “Foreign Corrupt Practice Act” pertaining to accounting transparency requirements under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and bribery of foreign officials.
l Responsible for bilingual news release and information updating in Amsino website.
l Filing and applying for patents and trademark.
l Research on PRC rules/regulations as related to business.

Qualifications:
l Law degree from a reputable university;
l At least 5 years of working experience in legal matters with 2 years in the healthcare industry;
l Working experience in multinational companies is preferred;
l Excellent bilingual (Chinese and English) communication and analytical skills;
l Computer skills, with good manner and good interpersonal skills;
l Mature, stable, and detail-oriented with great sense of responsibility;
l Be able to work under pressure.
