Key Responsibilities
l Responsible to analyze and make critical decisions on all aspects of supplier relationship including contracts, commercial/pricing, supply assurance and conflict resolution.
l Establish strong vendor relationships, effectively manage supply base, perform advanced and intricate negotiations, and use cost reductions to meet annual cost reduction goals
l Control the RFQ/ quote process
l Familiar with NC systems
l Work with supply base to establish robust quality operating systems to support excellent IFM operation.
l Establish goals, improvement plans, business reviews and monthly reporting related to areas of responsibility
l Actively monitor vendor and internal performance against contracts, industry benchmarks, and previous baselines on a quarterly basis. Develop and submit reports for senior management.
l Track and report on performance metrics
l Prepares early stage budgets and detailed cost plans
l Drives on procurement strategy with supervision of Account Manager
l Prepares tender and contract documents
l Support new contract & renewals – terms, P&L requirements understanding
l Commercial model control (scope & structure)
l Process & Policy Oversight and compliance review vendor subcontracts
l Establishes and operates cost and financial control systems
l Negotiates to ensure budgets are not exceeded
l Provides advice on contractual claims
l Develops knowledge relevant to contract conditions and applications
l Undertakes costs analysis for key operation/maintenance/project contract
l Controls quality and cost to demonstrate continual value for money to clients
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Skilled in tendering analysis, RFP(required for proposal), RFQ(quotation)
Skilled in data analysis, cost control.
Good communication & negotiation skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
Good at Microsoft Excel, Word, Project
Fluent in English and Mandarin both oral and written.
Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Success in collaborating with key work partners and able to maintain relationships at the working level
Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
Willing to learn and work under pressure
Qualifications and Education:
l Degree in Engineering /Admin Mgmt./Business Mgmt or relative
l FM or Project management experience
