Global Technology Solution (GTS) is the firm's internal IT department, providing effective technology services and solutions to deliver and meet the firm's business needs, within China and Hong Kong. The missions of firmwide services division are:

· to provide partners and staff with an effective and efficient primary point of contact for a timely and consistent response on computing and technology related inquiries;

Job Descriptions:

Provide backend IT support for the central IT team,including, but not limited to
为公司IT部门提供后台支持服务. 包括,但不限于
· User account management and User access control
用户帐户管理和用户访问权限管理
· Telephone system management
电话系统管理
· IT security and compliance support
IT安全以及合规性的支持
· Provide support on enterprise applications, mobility applications and smart office applications, etc.
提供企业应用程序，移动端应用程序及智能办公应用程序等功能支持
· Work with central IT team to manage local IT operations to ensure the IT systems are operating reliably
配合公司IT部门一起管理服务中心的IT系统运作，确保稳定可靠运行。
· Participate in project coordination,documentation and reporting
参与项目协调，文档编写和报告制作

Reporting to: GTS Services Delivery Team Manager

Requirements:

· Higher Diploma or above with 1-2 year(s) working experience in customer services industries,IT support experience will be an advantage
本科及以上学历，具有1-2年客户服务行业相关工作经验，技术支持相关经验者优先
· Excellent understanding of customer services and strong sense of customer focus
具有良好的客户服务意识
· Team player with excellent inter-personal, communication and listening skills
具有团队合作精神，并拥有良好的人际关系，沟通和聆听能力
· Good problem analysis and solving ability
具有良好的问题分析和解决能力
· Follow the trend of IT technology development, willing to accept new transaction
紧跟IT技术发展，愿意接受新的事物
· Self-starter who is able to work independently under pressure
能自我学习，在高强度压力下独立工作
· The candidate should have good English in written
具有良好的英语书面表达能力
· Microsoft Office Tools experience or good skill will be an advantage.
对微软Office办公软件熟练者优先
· Experience in managing Active Directory, IBM lotus notes and Avaya IP phone systems will be an advantage.
有对微软活动目录管理，IBM notes邮件服务，Avaya电话系统支持经验者优先
· A good understanding of IT Security would be beneficial.
熟悉IT安全管理者优先
