职位描述
Responsibility:
? Plan and implement sales of services formulti-vendor calibration to customers in Shanghai area China.
? Exceed target for your territory each fiscal year
? Penetrate new multi-vendor calibration services market
? Focus on key accounts and sales stimulus activities including meetings with customers, planned seminars, mailings
? Understand customer organizations by department, function, strategies, and key programs
? Master the basic features and benefits of our primary products including OEM repair services for Tektronix, Fluke and Keithley equipment and accredited calibration of equipment from most test & measurement suppliers
? Identify and sell into new and existing applications for Tektronix services
? Conduct formal presentations of technical information impacting company wide issues to executives and other senior managers. Turn service features and specifications into a value proposition towards customers and markets
? Promote primary assigned basic services and achieve sales quota by building rapport with customers and supporting their needs.
? Develop, present, sell and implement merchandising programs with key accounts to meet sales goals and forecasts.
? Support sales-oriented activities, including marketing, advertising, sales promotions, training, trade shows and other activities.
? Perform analysis and reports of primary products and markets
Requirements:
? At least 5 years + sales experience in direct Sales in high-technology electronics in Shanghai China.
? Excellent and in depth knowledge of the T&M market in China; experience with T&M services a definite plus
? Experience with instrument calibration sales is preferable.
? Has successfully sold to large and/or strategic accounts; possesses strong tactical and strategic sales skills and thorough understanding of the sales process with proven sales track record
? Proven ability to access and develop relationships at executive levels
? Strong team player with the ability to work successfully in a multicultural organization
? Possess excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels effectively
? Ability to work successfully in a dynamic organization (may consist of a network of virtual teams); able to work independently and accomplish the overall goals of the strategic target markets and the sales organization
? Demonstrate professional integrity and sound business sense
? BE degree or equivalent experience
