QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor or Master's degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Polymer, Spinning or Textile Engineering
- At least 5 years relevant manufacturing working experience in Polymer and/or Fiber Manufacturing Process, 2-3 years experience in leading a team
- Good appreciation for compliance, safety, health and environment affairs
- Self-motivated and good communication skill
- Must work well in team environment
- Good in both written and spoken English
- Familiar with basic statistic tool & analysis
- Experience with ISO9000, ISO14000 work is an added advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Drive excellent EHS and Compliance performance of Technical Team
- Drive continuous improvement in Product Quality and to ensure Site Quality System is fully aligned with ISO requirement and Global SOP/BP requirement
- Drive improvement in Process Control
- Lead team to strive for opportunity to improve process efficiency (Yields, AA, Cost, etc)
- Drive implementation of UPT projects to deliver superior results
- Provide resource support to technical activities
- Develop technical talent
- Leverage learning and share knowledge with other sites/Tier II
- Keep good communication with Business Team, Tier II, etc.
