Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Asia Pacific commercial efforts, including direct sales and value chain management as well as leveraging marketing, technical, supply chain, logistics, commercial development, finance, legal, compliance and other functions to develop and execute team strategies. More specifically, these responsibilities include the following:
- Learn and teach Market Based Management principles and consistently apply in all business activities
- Ensure the highest quality team compliance performance by following all applicable laws and Company's policies, identifying individual and business risks, seeking and applying the knowledge of others, and executing appropriate mitigation actions
- Maximize profitability in Asia Pacific segment for the business through the execution of the Company's Global vision to be the leading producer, seller and marketer of differentiated products and related product innovations
- Meet or exceed annual volume and profit growth targets in excess of market growth rates.
- Hire, develop and retain top talent leveraging recruitment, training, and team development efforts as well as aligning employee and business incentives through clear expectation setting and Company's compensation/incentive system
- Execute commercial excellence efforts in value selling, negotiations, account management, market and account prioritization, value chain management and leveraging other Company's++ functional teams
- Execute short and long-term planning process to develop bets based on market analysis (Point Of View), strategy development, and detailed account prioritization and planning. Measure and monitor bet performance and provide regular updates to management in a way that communicates key opportunities and risks
- Create and maintain high quality forecasting performance to ensure product availability and eliminate waste in production plan development and execution
- Develop, prioritize, own, and execute focused RTW sub-segment strategies based on risk adjusted value, including:
- Completing the everyday fiber experiment, valuing the strategy, and defining potential execution plan,
- Growing the business by leveraging advantaged offerings including existing products, technology and strong relationships with key value chain participants
- Developing a business strategy leveraging and identifying new opportunities, and
- Evaluating penetration opportunities for other markets, pricing and product strategy, and developing appropriate communication tools
Job Requirements:
- A high standard of integrity
- 10+ years minimum of proven experience in sales or marketing
- Strong communication skills interpersonal, written and oral
- Self-motivated, with a strong sense of urgency to deliver results and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Good analytical skills, an entrepreneurial approach and an ability to use good economic thinking to identify business opportunities and to formulate strategies
