GENERAL
Lead quality team to drive continuous improvement on Site Quality Management System, Quality Practice as well as Quality Performance. Promote quality culture in the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Polymer, Spinning or Textile Engineering
- At least 5 years relevant manufacturing working experience in Polymer and/or Fiber Manufacturing Process, with 2-3 years working experience in Quality Leadership Role
- Good appreciation for compliance, safety, health and environment affairs
- Self-motivated and good communication skill
- Must work well in team environment
- Good in both written and spoken English
- Familiar with basic statistic tool & analysis

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintenance of Site Quality Management System to align with ISO standard as well as Global SOPs and BPs
- Lead site internal quality audits
- Drive improvement for quality KPIs
- Lead investigation for quality incidents and drive quality improvement initiatives
- Actively promote the quality mindset to drive and promote a quality culture within the organization
- Lead quality team

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES (Optional)
- Preparation of monthly quality reports and metrics
- Lead site monthly quality meeting
- Actively participate in Global Quality Networks and activities
- Lead management review
- Provide quality training to organization
