职位描述

Responsibilities:


- Responsible for establishing and improving financial budget system. Responsible for compiling full financial budget which include sales / production budget, profit / loss budget, tax budget, capex budget, working capital budget and cash flow budget.
- Responsible for establishing and improving rolling financial forecast system. Coordinate financial forecast with relevant department.
- Responsible for long term plan. Include production, commercial, cost, expense, investment, cash flow and so on.
- Responsible for establishing and improving financial performance system. Complete financial performance analysis.
- Monitor company financial budget execution. Establish effective budget control system. Proposal for reducing cost and improving company business performance.
- Prepare financial management report for Board of Director and company management.
- Provide effective financial forecast for other department. Provide financial support for management decision. For example: project economic feasibility analysis, economic evaluation after project come into operation, optimize product structure, optimize cost structure and so on.
- Establish and improve internal control system. Monitor execution of internal control process.
- Responsible for establishing and improving business process of plan team
- Supervising, training and developing assigned staffs.

Qualifications:


- Education Background: Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics or related field. CPA or MBA from a reputable school preferred.
- Minimum 7 years finance, accounting or other relevant experience with multi-national companies. Minimum 3 years experience with supervisor position.
- Experience with financial budget, financial analysis and financial performance.
- Understanding manufacturing process and product costing structure. Experience with petrochemical operating experience will be a plus.
- Good English in verbal and writing
- Advanced computer and analytical skills are essential. Experience with SAP application preferred.
- Strong ability in organization and communication
- Self- motivated, creative, open to new ideas, personal impact and the ability to influence others.
