Primary Requirements:

- 6 years of experience with prior experience running a team on large single brand. Past FMCG category/China experience is an advantage
- Strong people management skills - Lead a team of young and energetic planners
- Senior client management (media manager, marketing director and multi-function heads)
- Strong analytical capabilities to drive planning product

Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic Mastery
- Provide overall strategic advice on brand communications
- Drive the communication planning discipline for holistic solutions on brands
- Strong analytical capabilities - comfortable with numbers to provide strategic recommendations by using all available data
Lead communication on brands
- Leading the team to deliver strong strategies consistently, and constantly
- Driving ideas from conceptualization to implementation
- Support breakthrough analysis in media investment strategy
- Drive digital as the key focus
Nurturing Talent
- Management and development of team staff
- Maintain high level of motivation amongst team members
Strong client relationship management
- Ability to engage senior marketing people at the local and regional level
- Anticipation of clients needs and setting up internal process to meet them
- Ensures team, at all levels, is able to engage client effectively and efficiently
- Ability to handle large clients with complex decision making hierarch
