职位描述：

Production Supervisor

Office: Changshu. Jiangsu

Line Manager: Production Manager

Responsibilities：

1. Carry out all the regulations and rules of company.

贯彻执行公司各项规章、制度、规定和生产部的所有管理规定。

2. According all kinds of production plans, arrange the manpower, equipment and materials reasonably, in order to finish the plan in time.

根据生产计划，合理安排所需的人员、设备以及材料，按期完成计划。

3. take charge of prepare, station assign, training, attendance, discipline, evaluation and so on.

负责生产线人员的调配、培训、考勤、工艺纪律、劳动纪律、绩效考核、奖惩等管理。

4. According the examine regulations; make a evaluation to the production team.

执行生产部的各项考核细则，完成对生产班组的考核。

5. Deal with the abnormal situation in time.

及时处理生产过程中发生的异常状态。

6. Fulfil annual goals, including development, productivity, quality and continuously improvement

完成年度工作目标，包括发展， 生产能力，质量和持续改进

7. Arrange Quality assurance system, environmentalism system, 5S and safety production and so on well.

安排好工程内的质量保证体系、环保体系、5S和安全生产等工作。

Requirements:

1. Junior college and above

大专及以上学历。

2. Greater than 3 years of related production management experience.

从事3年以上实践工作经验，汽车制造业优先

3. Good human communication and communication ability

具备较强的沟通能力以及较强的执行力。

4, Familiar with computer and office software
