Assistant C&B Manager (薪酬福利副经理)

Summary of Client:

我们的客户是位于世界前列的某著名豪华品牌的汽车销售及服务的集团公司，业务范围主要集中在华南地区。

Reporting Lines:

Department: HRD

Report to: Group HR Director

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in development and implementation of C&B policies & procedures.
2. Conduct market remuneration surveys and keep abreast of market pay levels and best practices.
3. Support annual pay review process.
4. Support review of performance driven reward schemes and policies.
5. Support salary proposals for new recruits and staff transfer.
6. Manage payroll administration process.
7. HRIS database maintenance.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in human resources management or business disciplines.
2. Minimum 6 years progressive HR experience and at least 2 years specialized in C&B function and programs.
3. Knowledge of job assessment and evaluation process and tools, experience in HR job grading and salary structure maintenance preferred.
4. Profound knowledge of Labour laws and statutory regulations.
5. Analytical and detail-oriented.
6. Expert MS office and HRIS skills.
7. Good written English, spoken Cantonese is preferred but not essential.
8. Recognized professional qualification in HRM is preferred.
