Summary of Client:

我们的客户是位于世界前列的某著名豪华品牌的汽车销售及服务的集团公司,业务范围主要集中在华南地区。



Reporting Lines:

Department: HRD

Report to: Group HR Director



Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and select talent pool candidates via assessment centres.
  2. Plan and manage selection of MT via campus recruitment.
  3. Support staffing and recruitment and headcount control for new operations.
  4. Set up and maintain talent pool database and records.
  5. Coordinate with MBCL for Guangzhou Technical School’s Star Internship Program.
  6. Manage employment for malities for new hired talent pool members.
  7. Set up core competency models for key job positions.
  8. Develop career path and define assessment criteria and skill gates for key job threstholds to ascertain necessary professionalism / qualification / skill is attained for career progression.
  9. Develop effective sourcing channels for internal and external talent attraction.
  10. Launch and promote talent development programs and leadership development initiatives.
  11. Set up and implement mentoring and coaching procedures for talent members.


Job Requirements:

  1. Degree in human resources management or business disciplines.
  2. Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience and at least 2 years in managerial position.
  3. Track records in talent management and leadership development program.
  4. Knowledge of competency models and experience of AC selection process.
  5. Profound knowledge of Labour laws and statutory regulations.
  6. Able to work independently and experience in business partner role.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Expert MS office and HRIS skills.
  9. Fluent written English, spoken Cantonese is preferred but not essential.
  10. Recognized professional qualification in HRM is preferred.
  11. Occasional travel to other cities in China is required.
