职位描述：
Job Responsibility：
1. Scouting & Managing In-Direct material suppliers by implementation of MM ASQA procedure
2. Supplier monitoring by MM APQP procedure
3. Knowledge of tooling/ fixture to leverage cost control is preferred.
4. Good in Negotiation Skills

Qualifications:
5. University degree in engineering or Mechanical is preferred
6. Proven and substantial Engineering background in industrial area.
7. Familiar with international matrix organization management
8. Familiar with the process of manufacture industry
9. 3-5 Years experiences in the Purchasing area, Automotive industrial experience will be a plus
10. Fluency in English.
