-Develop the network of automotive and industrial lubricants Distributors in South China Region;
-Prospect and identify potential new distributors. Make sales presentations, negotiations and close distribution agreements in line with Company commercial policies and strategies;
-Establish a development plan with each Distributor, defining a program with clear targets and objectives, monitoring performances against plan, proposing corrective actions if necessary.
-Support Distributor’s salesforce, providing commercial and technical training, using company’s available resources and materials. Support Distributor in acquiring large industrial and automotive customers.
-Understand and anticipate Customer needs in terms of products, technical support and services, elaborate tailor made proposals with the support of relevant departments (Technical, Marketing, Logistics, etc.)
-Use CRM to plan and report the commercial activity, ensuring timely updates according to company guidelines;
-Maintain, develop and support the existing Distributors network, ensuring they meet their targets while keeping customer satisfaction;
-Implement marketing program and activities of the company, propose local promotions to activate sales when necessary.
-Organize, in collaboration with Distributors, specific technical seminars and/or order meetings focused on new customers acquisition in the area. Introduce lubricants characteristics, technology and benefits, answering all relevant questions raised by customers
-Provide customer insight and process expertise to industrial distributors in cooperation with Company technical assistance, to ensure products applications is fully in line with current and future key customer and market needs;
Requirements
-Bachelor degree or above;
-3-5 years of working experience with auto or industrial lubricants Channel Management;
-Proactive, self-motivated, high on achievement; result-oriented, able to work under pressure;
-English language is a plus;
-Able to travel frequently;
