Location: Jining, Shandong
Objectives:
Assist Superior with the responsibilities of Human Resources development and company administrative management.
Main Tasks:
? Responsible for making plan and implementation of Human Resources& Administration management work.
? Assistant to clarify company organization structure and deal with different departments' relationship, analysis job and decide the name, number of employees and duty of each job.
? Responsible for the management of recruiting, selecting, hiring, working and other processes of work.
? Evaluate the training demand of Human Resources department, and make plan and manage of it.
? Participate in planing and designing company salary welfare system and set up the assignment system.
? Set up and manage the overall company performance assessment system and supervise the progress of the implementation.
? Responsible for personal planning and hiring, planning according to company operating situation, efficiently control the cost.
? Responsible for company daily administration work.
? Responsible for managing relationship of employees.
? Make the analysis report of Human Resources& Administration. related, report to the superior on regular basis.
? Responsible for managing the company event such as staff wide meeting, activity, meanwhile managing of the car/vehicle, staff dormitory, overall housekeeping etc.
? Responsible for the topic of EHS which is related to the Deptartment as well as the company public area.
? Coordinate with Security, implement the energy rules implementation.
? Ensure the gate check based on the approved regulation and make the statistic report on regular basis.
? Managing of the staff training profile.
? Managing of the energy saving work which is related to the Deptartment.
? Timely working out other tasks when as needed by the company.
Requirements:
? Education: Bachelor’s degree or above with the Major of HR or Business Administration, hold certificate of HR Management is preferred.
? Technical & Professional knowledge: Proficiency in Labour contract Law and regional related law and regulations.
? Strong Communication skills and coordination capacity; Good organizational skills.
