主要工作内容：

1.Work on global studies

2.Take the role of Chinical Lead(in China or,among the participating countries,depend on the situation)from medical viewpoint to support Study Director,or,to act as Study Director

3.Analyze the clinical trial situation to creat appropriate clinical trial strategy in China

4.Review and assess clinical data from efficacy & safety viewpoint,communicating internal & exterrnal persons related to the contents,if necessary

5.Creat protocol concept for each clinical trial

6.Verify the validity of protocols from China from medical viewpoint

7.Assess/list-up appropriate chlinical sites in China from medical viewpoint

8.Interact with investigators and statisticians from medical viewpoint

9Interact with giobal colleagues in United States/United Kingdom/Japan etc.,in addition to those in China

10.Communicate with persons related using excellent English and Mandarin language proficiency skills

11.Communicate closely with clinOps to conduct clinical trial appropriately

招聘要求：

年龄：35-40 or so

学历：Medical Doctor (e.g. Oncology or Hematology,hopefully)

专业&经验：

-Clinical trial experience/expertise for a major therapeutic area covering Oncology,Hematology(Hematology or Cardiovascular)

-Good sense/experience/expertise of study planning,statistics,and clinical data review

-Appropriate level of medical expertise to create and review protocots and study reports

-Good experience for communication in English (teleconference,e-mail etc.)

-Global studies experience(hopefully)

-Team leader experiences (hopefully)

性格：

-Modest but vigorous (to achive the goal trying to better/best solution).Calm,Courteous,and Considerate

其他：

-Good compliance.Good leadership spirit.Good teamwork spirit

-Stable person (not to change companies/location so often)-A person,who are married and has a family,is preferable)
