主要工作内容：

1.Work on global clinical studies.
2.Take the role of medical lead (in China,basically)to support global Study Director.
3.Strategy planning in China from medical viewpoint-For each study,analyze/assess the environment in China,and,contribute to strategy set-up and protocol preparation to be appropriate for China.
4.Validation of each document in China from medical viewpoint-Verify the validity of protocols,ICFs,study reports and other documents related.
5.Safety and medical monitoring for eac study in China-Review and assess clinical data,interacting with internal/external persons, if necessary.
6.Verify the vaidity of investigators and statisticians from medical viewpoint.
7.INteract with investigators and statisticians from medical viewpiont.
8.Interact with global team members in Jalan/United Kingdom etc.,inaddition to Eisai China Inc.members.
9.Communicate with persons related using excellent English and Mandarin language profocency skills.
10.Communicate closely with ClinOps to conduct each study appropriately.



招聘要求：

年龄：30-35 or so

学历：Medical Doctor(e.g.Oncology or Hematology,hopefully)

专业&经验：
-Clinical trial experiences/xepertise for a major therapeutic area,hopefully covering Oncology,Hematology(hematology or Cardiovacular)
-Good sense/experiences to work with ClinOPs,Regulatory,Statistics,Data Management members ect.
-Appropriat level of medical expertise to verify the the validity of protocols,ICFs,study reports,and other documents related
-Good experiences for communiction (teleconference,e-mail etc.)and dcumentation in English
-Global clinical studies experences(hopefully)
-Team leader experiences(hopefully)

性格：
-Modest but vigorous(to achive the goal trying to find better/best solution).Clam,Courteous,and Considerate

其他：
-Good compliance.Good leadership spirit.Good teamwork spirit.
-Stable person (not to change companies/location so often)-A person,who are married and has a family,is preferable)
