职位描述：
Main Responsibilities
- Get understanding for business processes and provides advisory of the business requirement and define it in the application level (de-sign), support testing and training as well as the go-live of the func-tion.
- 1st and further level support of the various functional applications to all the plants, including JVs
- Keeps contact with related application helpdesk as necessary for in-cidents resolution
- Hold the template solution and contribution to the delivery to the local plants
- Trains key users, develops training material for his/her trainings (train the trainer approach).
- Act as a single point of contact for all the CRs of iScala to all the plants , including JVs
- Manage Chance Request process and realization (design, build, re-source allocations, problems resolution,…) on time on budget with expected quality
- Works on Autoneum projects and with the consultant company for system deployment / enhancement
- Application system administrator for user access and role manage-ment in those application systems.
- Adheres to IT processes and to the continuous improvement initiative
- Collaborate with internal consultant / plant level IT in related area as needed
Main Qualifications:
- Fluent oral, writing in English
- Bachelor Degree in information technology
- Deep Knowledge of EDI and workflow system(for example K2 solution functionality(certification is advantage)
- Basic knowledge of BI solution and architecture
- PMP certification is preferred
- Software development experience , such as .Net , MVC , SQL Server is advantage
- At Least three years’ experience in functional application area , five experience is preferred
- Experience with workflow management , EDI tools and others.
- Experience in logistical demanding environment, experience in Tier-1 automotive supplier area is preferred
- Good communication skill with different area stakeholders
- Ready to take responsibility , can work under pressure
- Willing to travel up to 70% at least in the first two years

Autoneum (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd.supports the businesses of other plants in Asia in sales, technology, purchasing, finance and so on. Autoneum (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007 and is located in the west north of Shanghai. It has a Development Center and an Acoustic Lab, so can offer service for the project development for the customers in China and other areas of Asia. At moment, Autoneum have three wholly owned plants in Chongqing, Taicang and Shenyang, as well as two JVs in Guangzhou and Tianjin.
