职位描述：
Support Sr. Recruiting Supervisor in below issues:

1. Work closely with hiring manager and HR partners to identify the staffing needs and ensure that all the recruitment processes are conducted efficiently to meet company policies and standards.

2. Follow and improve the whole recruitment process including job description clarification, interview guide design, interviews, tests, offer negotiation & preparation and reference check etc.

3. Develop and maintain different kinds of recruiting channels to ensure their effectiveness.

4. Conduct exit interview

5. Prepare weekly open position report, monthly recruiting fee report and other report required by line mgr.
 
6. Update company O-Chart / New Directory / HRM System

7. Be involved in special recruitment projects

8. Be involved in yearly salary survey project.

9. Other tasks from line mgr.


Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree.

2. 3-5 years related experience in retail industry.

3. Be familiar with PRC labor law, particularly local regulations of offices.

4. Good PC skill including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

5. Initiative and active. Be able to work independently and under pressure.
