Purpose:
The Operational Buyer will coordinate all assigned materials activities across functional team inside and outside of the organization. This professional will purchase assigned materials according to material lead time and forecast to support production; purchasing engineer also acts as supplier window for his/her assigned suppliers.
执行采购负责协调组织内部和外部物料方面相关事宜。执行采购根据物料采购周期和Forecast采购物料,以保证正常生产需求。执行采购师作为和相关供应商联系的窗口。
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for purchasing BoM material, placing purchase orders to vendor on daily basis负责生产物料的采购,根据生产需求每天发出采购订单;
2. Monitor shipment schedule to ensure materials can be delivered on time. Take all kinds of efforts and ensure supply of materials to production. 跟踪订单交货,能够在自己的职责范围内保证对生产线的供货。
3. Monitoring supplier performance: OTD target is over 90% , supplier service level to be improved continuously; 监控供应商表现:准时交货率达95%以上,供应商服务水平得到持续提升;
4. Participate in New production introduction, handling supplied part issue to insure NPD schedule on time. 参与新产品导入,根据新项目时间表要求供应商确认交货,处理物料短缺。
5. Coordinate with Vendor for IQC reject Material and Handling accordingly- scrap or return and follow the replacement or re-shipment. 和供应商协商处理IQC 拒收物料 - 报废或退回供应商, 并跟进后续的补货或者重新交货。
6. Supporting internal teams in controlling stock level;协助组织内部同事控制库存水平;
7. Liaising with vendors on material related issues from cross-functional teams, such as quality, customs, finance, warehouse, etc. department;就质量,报关,财务,收货等问题跟供应商沟通;
8. Co-work with sourcing team to reduce material lead time, unit price and logistic cost, improve payment term;与全球采购同事协作,以较少物料的采购周期,采购单价及物流成本,延长付款期限等;
Requirements:
1. Education:大学本科Bachelor degree or above
2. Experience工作经验: 2年以上采购经验2 years working experience at Purchasing or Engineering related.
3. Competency and Skills 能力和技能
a) Understand international trade, terms and conditions 理解并熟练运用国际贸易,交易条款和条件等。
b) Knowledge of commodities, materials and products and any job-related area required.熟练掌握与产品,物料及相关工作领域知识。
c) Great interpersonal skills, can work under pressure 良好的人际沟通能力和抗压能力。
d) Good in both oral and written English 英语听说读写流利。
e) Good team work capability团队协作能力好。
