职位描述：

主要职责：

1、承担日化新产品开发以及现有产品升级，提升产品竞争力。

2、负责组织产品试生产工作以及协助解决产品投产后的技术问题。

3、负责相关产品原料质量比较与筛选，为原料采购提供技术支持。

4、执行规定的项目研究工作程序，并完成相关的报告和技术文件。

5、协助相关部门开展工作，提供技术支持。

6、完成其他工作事宜。

岗位要求：

1、本科或以上学历，精细化工、应用化学等相关专业，有一定日化产品开发工作经验，有个人护理品开发工作经验者优先。

2、具有独立承担研究项目课题，完成实验研究工作，解决较复杂技术问题的能力。

3、具有较熟练地阅读一门专业外文资料的能力，良好计算机操作能力。

4、具有团队合作精神和良好沟通能力，工作稳定性好，并有较高的职业操守和保密意识。
