职位描述：
1. Client Management, new business development;
2. As client contact window, keep solid communication with clients, ensure the hiring information is comprehensive ; Regularly client Visit;
3. Day to day recruitment progress update with client and internal team if needed;
4. Candidate sourcing and Candidate selection (phone IV and F2F IV):
5. Candidate report preparing and shortlist;
6. Client- candidate interview arrangement and feedback delivery, proactively manage client and candidate’s motivation and expectation;
7. Reference check and offer negotiation;
8. Researcher coaching.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree, Good command of English, Spoken English is preferred
2. 3+year’s recruitment experience in Retail & Luxury industry, with rich direct souring experience; sound understanding of client requirements and market dynamics
3. Mature, Professional, Smart and Result-driven
4. Quick learner and self-motivated
5. Be able to work well under high pressure
