【工作内容】
- Ensure effectiveness of all activities of Vice President. Coordinate and participate in executive meetings held in different countries, ensuring meeting effectiveness; set up meeting agenda, consolidate meeting materials, take meeting minutes and generate action items; tracking & follow up actions.
- Administrative tasks including schedule management, calendar; making travel arrangements and preparing itineraries; submitting and tracking internal purchasing requests; coordinating hiring activities; coordinating meetings and group events; prepare and track expense reports; participating in key project; and interfacing with high level executives both internally and externally in a professional, effective manner.
- Act as liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including senior-level management.
- Handle highly sensitive, confidential and non-routine information.

- Bachelor degree plus significant experience required.
- Strong responsibility and exceptional communications skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, and to work productively in a fast-paced, rapidly growing organization. Be flexible with changing job requirements as the team grows.
- 1-5 years administrative experience supporting a team in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. 1+years at an executive level.
- Proven mastery of Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Interest and experience in using technology to improve work efficiency.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
