Mission
Develop, implement and manage the indirect sales and marketing strategy to grow OIS & CTS business in the territory, and double market share & one2one ratio in the next 3 years
Job description
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to
-Ensure that "The Way We Do Things" & "Business Code of Practice" is followed
-Implement and execute action plan for the indirect sales of OIS & CTS business development
-Build and develop indirect sales team to support the plan of the business develop in the assigned region
-Implement the proactive indirect sales process management practice
-Continue to develop and manage the distributor network
-Collaborating with the product & marketing team to give the equal changes for the distributor business development of all OIS & CTS products in the market
-To interact with operations team in providing best solutions to customers & distributors to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
-To provide feedbacks on product quality, product trends and competitor information
-This position is a role reporting to the Regional manager.
Experience requirements
At least 4 years sales experience in related segment.
Min.2 years distributor management experience.
Knowledge
Mechanical or electrical knowledge
Legal and commercial knowledge
Good communication skills in oral and written
PC skill is a must
Educational requirements
College degree or above with engineering background
Personality requirements
Strong leadership capabilities in terms of coaching/motivating others & Self motivating
Target orientation
Strong business understanding and competitors information
Very strong communication and negotiation skills
Encourage collaboration and coordinate conflict
Be willing to travel
