Reception Duties:
1; Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image;
2; Mail, fax and distribute documents and other materials to internal and external parties.
Adm Duties:
1. Processes check requests for office supplies and furniture, office equipment, etc.
2. Prepare ADM Payment request for Shanghai Office;Records and validate the ADM fee for GZ,BJ office;Statistics monthly ADM charge;
3. Ensures the availability of drinking water, coffee and tea for staff and visitors
4. Ensures the facilities are kept clean and the proper functioning of the telephone, fax, photocopy machine, etc.;
5. Assist in- training/ meeting arrangement;
6. Assist company activities (annual dinner ,outing …)
7. DPM systme maintenance
8. Leaving management;
9. Other tasks assigned by manager.
Job Requirements
1. This position requires two years of office/clerical experience; OR, any equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
2. Demonstrate customer service and interpersonal skills.
3. PC computer knowledge (including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access).
4. Ability to handle several tasks concurrently.
5. Ability to work with and support various staff members.
6. Ability to maintain a pleasant demeanor and attitude at all times with all
internal and external parties.
7. Ability to remain professional at all times.
8. Knowledge of office telephone and greeting etiquette.
9. Be responsible and careful.
薪酬:5-6K/月 (半年)
