职位描述：
Report To: Head of Tax, VOCS (functional)

Principal Responsibilities:
？ Provide effective tax advice for major business transactons and projects in China to support tax planning and group tax strategies;

？ Key contact person of Global Tax Center(GTC)

？ Coordinate and work closely with Corporate Tax Department (VTR) on all tax accounting and reporting issues;

？ Provide analysis and controlling of actual and planned tax indexes in China;

？ Faciliate compliance administration on GTC, respond to inquiries from operating units in China and German holding company;

？ Provide technical reveiw, advice and training regarding the deferred tax issues to tax accountants in China.

？ Coordinate and supervise tax returns filing in China to ensure well tax compliance.

？ Support China Tax Head to provide tax consulting for inbound and outbound projects, and coordinate compliance administration on international tax issues, such as PE, VATetc.

？ Support China Tax Head to deal with tax audits in China;

？ Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and practice; initiate appropriate actions and procedures to provide timely advice and minimize the impacts to business.


Requirements
？ Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting/ Taxation;
？ At least 5 years of working experience in China tax, and experience with Big 4 accounting firm would be preferred; Knowledge of international taxation system and experience on international tax project would be plus.

？ Good knowledge and experience regarding tax accounting treatment under different accounting GAAP.

？ CPA / ACCA / RTA qualification would be plus.

？ Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to negoniate tax issues with internal clients, government authority and external consultants.

？ Ability to organize and manage complex tasks simultaneously.

？ Good Chinese and English language skills, both oral and written.

？ Strong inter-personal skills with solution-oriented mindset. 举报 分享
