职位描述
· Responsible for IT infrastructure operation and on site IT support
o Provide technical advice to and actively support to Associate IT manager and the IT team in order to ensure success of CNIBR IT Infrastructure setup.
o Responsible for ensuring all Infrastructure and ENGINE services are delivered in accordance with agreed Service Level and project plans.
· IT infrastructure project coordination:
o Actively support Associate IT manager in managing quality, timeliness and cost of the deliverables.
o Report project status and issues where help is needed to Associate IT Manager/onsite IT Head.
o Make sure project deliverables are in compliance with Novartis technology, quality and security standards where applicable.
o Ensures that all infrastructure services are delivered in accordance with agreed Service Level and/or project plans.
o Provide technical expertise for the planning and definition of new system requirements: e.g. perform feasibility and performance studies, including benchmark, capacity planning, sizing, etc.
· IT infrastructure operation and end user support:
o Implementation and post-installation responsibilities include technical consulting to user community and providing solutions to hardware/software problems.
o Support and be responsible for defined system administration activities on an allocated/defined system or environment.
o Provide input to Service Level Agreements definition.
o Provide input to system operation/management SOP definition.
o Be responsible for agreed problem management, change management, release management and configuration management activities.
· Manage and work with onsite IT helpdesk to deliver optimal end user IT support and deliver basic IT training.
