SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Works on designing Electronic parts of electrical-K&B products in the schematic and PCB design, system architecture design and the specification design.
2. Performs assignments of a complicated nature.
3. Leads engineering subtasks involving the design, fabrication, validation, and manufacture of subassemblies, systems, processes, equipment or facilities.
4. Conceives and plans engineering subtasks to explore product or process problems; defines and selects new concepts and approaches to the design or development of new or improved products, processes, equipment or facilities.
5. Receives general direction; exercises considerable discretion as to personal work details as well as the work details of other technical personnel.
6. Provides technical guidance to less experienced engineers.
7. Take responsibility as technical leader, coordinates activities with other functional areas, suppliers, contractors and consultants. Work together with PM team on project schedule and cost. Manage the out sourcing suppliers.
8. Catch the front technology in the electronics products field and having idea to apply in our products.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree in an electrical or related engineering discipline.
2. 5+ years work experience in designing electronic appliance and at least 3 years in hardware system design.
3. Having good knowledge on MCU or ARM or DSP, can write drivers using C or ASM language.
4. Having experiences on system design and module design such as power, EMC designing and improvement and other driver module or sensor module designing. Or having experience in wireless or accessory to pad or phone products design.

Supervisory Relationships:
Directly report to Manager - Product Engineering – Electronics
Organization Relationships:
Frequent contact with Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality Manager, Supply Chain, Purchasing and Technical Service, US – Senior Engineers
External Business Relationships:
External contacts with Supplier, Contractor
