Responsibilities:
In charge of the Sales and Service for Asia market, report to Global sales VP
Customer industry including Metal Materials, Oil & Gas, Railway, Appliance, Auto,Aerospace etc in Asia
Sales channel: end users & distributor
New business development
People management
Lead, direct and control all Asian sales functions to ensure policies, procedures, strategies and activities meet the organization's short and long-term business objectives
Building and developing a high performing team to achieve the financial objectives
Play key role in business negotiations for Asia projects cooperation, helping them to realize mutual benefits
Monitor the market dynamics, movement of competitors and proactively formulate sales plans
Coordinate the internal manufacturing divisions to work together to meet the customer requirements
Work closely with Global R&D department to develop new products, enlarged cooperation fields with key accounts
Requirement:
More than 10 years sales experience in industry product,5+ years in sale team management
Experienced in manage National sales team or Asia sales team.
Experienced in metal materials industry is a plus.
Good customer relationship in Metal Materials, Oil & Gas, Railway, Appliance, Auto, Aerospace etc industry is a plus
MNC experience
Strong in business development, negotiation
Strong in key account management
Very good in cross communication
Experience of leading team business, Strategic thinking. Good financial knowledge &data analysis
Multifunctional experience. Sales/Service/Marketing/Logistics
Good sales record.
Fluent in English
