1. PURPOSE
Summarize in one statement why this position exists and the key contribution it makes to the company.
People in this position will conduct business process study & analysis, lead or participate in IT MES application and project implementation, and provide application design, development and support etc. Also provide the training to new comer.
2. DIMENSIONS
List quantitative data which clearly illustrates the quantitative/financial aspects/scope of the job. Also indicate data, over which the jobholder have influence, either directly or indirectly, on an annual basis.
1). To analyze business process and design IT application for all BE site.
2). To participate in IT project implementation for all BE site.
3).To support IT applications run smoothly to meet business request in Non office hour
4). To train 1st support team
3. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
Identify 8 to 10 key accountabilities in rough order of importance. Focus on the results that are expected from the job. For each statement, please indicate what has to be done, within whch area or framework, and with what end results.
To maintain and support IT application system to ensure system run smoothly to meet business needs
To do system analysis, design, development to fulfill the business requirement
o do application bug troubleshooting, fixing and tracking base on defined SLA.
To be participate and ensure for project implementation in schedule.
To conduct team members complete task within the defined schedule.
To provide the technical and functional support, training and consultant services to 1st support team.
To compile the related system documents as needed according to the defined standards and procedure. Such as system design and development document。
To conduct business case study and analysis, optimize the business &/or process chain, to source and recommend cost effective IT solutions to facilitate or fulfill the needs of business operation.
To facilitate or coordinate cross functional, departmental IS projects
BUSP BE Sites 2nd line support for BUSP BE sites,system upgrade and improvement, IT project implementation, business process optimization sharing

·Have an insight of NXP IT system architecture

8. PERSON REQUIREMENT
The position requires the following personal capabilities for acceptable performance:
·B.S in Computer Science or related field
·Familiar with application development and production processes, above 3 years in system support, analysis and project implementation
·Large scale IT project implementation experience. Good analysis ability on system and business requirement.
·Good teamwork player
·Personal Attributes: Highly out-spoken, initiative & cooperative
·Good command of English.
·Skilled at some of below:
