主要工作职责：
Implementing procedures and quality standards and monitoring these against agreed targets
执行质量程序和质量标准， 质量监督和控制。
Implementing international quality standard relevant for our industry and customers that is: establish proper documentation and ensure that daily work comply with documentation.
执行行业和客户的国际质量标准， 建立适当的文件，保证日程工作服从与文件要求。
Staying informed about specific customer requirements and ensuring that these are met in daily work processes.
保持时刻了解客户的特殊要求，保证这些客户的特殊要求与日常工作流程一致。
Preparing and managing customer audits at plants managed by the Profit Center.
准备和管理客户现场的审核，或者上级经理安排的审核。
Keeping up to date Profit Center’s knowledge for quality standards necessary to operate in our targeted industry (ISO / TS).
持续更新汇报直接上级有关质量标准体系相关的操作目标
Defining, monitoring and reporting appropriate KPIs to improve quality performance of Profit Center.
定义和监控，并汇报适当的KPI以便提高质量绩效结果。
Determining and conducting quality training needs. 决定和执行质量相关的培训以满足培训需求。
Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality.
针对质量的变化，改善做出及时地分析。

任职要求：
大专以上学历，化工或高分子专业；
年龄35-45岁；
组织能力强；
